Visit the LMU mySupport Portal to chat with a technician or to log a work order. Chat services are available between 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday - Friday, while you can log a work order anytime. When opening a new work order, please choose the option that most closely matches the issue you are experiencing. Entering your ticket through the LMU mySupport portal is the quickest way to get assistance from the Helpdesk.
